How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one business day, every time, usually same day if you write during Manila office hours (GMT+8). If it's been more than 24 hours and you haven't heard from us, check spam, then nudge us directly at hello@qadra.studio.
Do I need to have everything figured out first?
No. A few sentences and one or two references are enough to start a conversation. We'll ask the right questions on the first call and draft a scope together.
What does a typical project cost?
Websites land between $15k and $80k depending on complexity. Rebrands and identity systems are quoted on scope. Retainers start at $4k / month. When in doubt, tell us your range, we'll tell you what's realistic inside it.
Where are you based and how does the timezone work?
We're in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, GMT+8. We overlap comfortably with Asia/Pacific mornings and EU late afternoons. For North America we'll schedule calls at your end of day or our early morning.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, as a matter of course. Send yours over and we'll counter-sign in a day or less. For outsourcing engagements an NDA is always in place before we see the first file.
How do you handle revisions and scope changes?
Two rounds of revisions per milestone are included by default. Genuine scope changes become their own mini-scope with a separate timeline and cost, we never silently absorb work and we never silently bill for it.
